The terms and conditions described herein covers the entire Kluug store (“the Store,” “the Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regardless of its form (facebook store, website etc.). Phrases such as “the Buyer”, “you,” “your” and other similar expressions refer to our customers, or the specific users of the Store.

When purchasing at Kluug Store you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below, and agree to enter into a distance contract. Consequently, we recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.

Legal age

Minors are prohibited from using the Store in any way, except under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Distance agreement

The Distance agreement is an agreement between the Buyer and the Seller based on the offer available in the Store via the Internet. The distance agreement applies to all orders placed in the Store.

The distance agreement shall come into force as soon as the Buyer has placed the order via the Internet and has received confirmation from the Store about the order made by e-mail. Order and order confirmation shall be deemed to be received when they are accessible to the parties to whom they are addressed.

The distance agreement is governed by laws and regulations and these terms & conditions.

Payment

You can pay for your orders in following ways:

c) Payment cards

d) Paypal

By using the payment option of your choice, you automatically accept the terms and conditions set forth by the payment services provider.

In order to purchase products at the Store you must fill in your personal information and payment information.

Shipping

We ship to wherever you are, all over the world!

The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time.

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.

You are solely responsible for any rules and regulations that may apply to you, depending on your jurisdiction, location, place of residence or chosen delivery address; we shall not be held responsible for any additional costs, restrictions, delays or any other negative consequences.

We shall not be held responsible for any loss that is/may be caused by third parties, including during shipping.

Any costs associated with the delivery of your purchase shall be provided to you during checkout.

The Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the letter of withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the item to the Seller within 7 days of sending the letter of withdrawal. All costs incurred in returning the item to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercising the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer a right of withdrawal or demand compensation in the event of damage to the Product, neglect during use of the Product or failure to follow instructions, or loss of the original packaging/damaged packaging.

The privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) described herein covers the entire Kluug store (“the Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regardless of its form (facebook store, website etc.). Phrases such as “you,” “your” and other similar expressions refer to our customers, or the specific users of the Store. By visiting and using any part of the Store, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Kluug offers the possibility to request a subscription to our newsletter so you can be kept up to date with Kluug news and results, but this is not mandatory. You will receive Kluug newsletter only if you knowingly request it.

We will not share any data you provided with any third parties.

Will my data be transferred outside of EU?

We will not transfer your data outside of European Union.

How long will my data be stored?
